These little bites are naturally sweet, totally snackable, and made with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for tossing in lunchboxes or grabbing on the go!

2 ripe bananas mashed 1 large egg beaten 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 2 tablespoons butter melted and cooked 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a large bowl mix mashed bananas, beaten egg, rolled oats and melted butter until well combined, set aside
In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt, stir to combine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease one mini muffin tray very well
Combine banana and spice mixture until well incorporated
With a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, fill each muffin container 3/4 of the way full
Bake 10-12 minutes or until browned and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
Let cool at least 10 minutes before removing bites from the muffin tin
