Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Italian Herb seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a large metal baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut your pizza dough ball into quarters, then cut each quarter in half so you have 8 pieces.
    1 16-ounce pizza dough
  • Roll each roll into a 6-inch rope, then twist the dough, if desired and place onto the prepared baking tray.
  • Place the butter in a shallow bowl. Brush each rope with butter using a pastry brush. (Note: you'll use about half the butter at this point.)
    2 tablespoons butter
  • Sprinkle each breadstick with the seasoning mix and Parmesan cheese.
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons Italian Herb seasoning mix
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and quickly brush with the remaining butter. Return to finish baking, about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
