Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cotton candy emulsifier blend
  • blue food coloring
  • red food coloring

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the heavy cream with a stand mixer or hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
  • Divide the ice cream base into two bowls.
  • Color one with red food coloring and the other with blue food coloring.
  • Scoop the whipped mixture into a pan, alternating as you go.
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm.
