- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cotton candy emulsifier blend
- blue food coloring
- red food coloring
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the heavy cream with a stand mixer or hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
Divide the ice cream base into two bowls.
Color one with red food coloring and the other with blue food coloring.
Scoop the whipped mixture into a pan, alternating as you go.
Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm.
