Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Flatbread or Naan bread
  • 1 cup BBQ Chicken
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the crusts on the baking sheet and spread the BBQ sauce on top in a thin layer, going almost to the edges.
    2 pieces Flatbread or Naan bread, ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • Add the cheese, chicken, and additional toppings. Sprinkle with seasonings as desired.
    1 cup BBQ Chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup red onion, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese hot and bubbly.
  • Let set for 3-5 minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and cut into slices. Serve warm.
    ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Notes

If you don't have precooked chicken on hand, don't worry! Cook up a 1/2 a pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs in a skillet, chop it into bite-size pieces, and toss it with barbecue sauce.
