1 banana 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 cups baby spinach 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Add the milk to the blender with the spinach and banana.

Pulse.
Add in the protein powder and chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Blend until you have a smooth, creamy texture.
