Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add the milk to the blender with the spinach and banana.
    1 banana, 2 cups baby spinach, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Pulse.
  • Add in the protein powder and chia seeds
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Blend until you have a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Top with additional chia seeds if you like.
