Chocolate Christmas Bark

Ingredients

  • Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Candy Melts I like high quality such a Ghirardelli
  • Edible pearls and other sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place a piece of parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
  • Add the candy melts to a medium microwave-safe bowl and heat per the instructions on the bag.
    Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Candy Melts
  • Using a rubber spatula, stir the chocolate until it is smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, use the spatula to scrape down the bowl, and spread the chocolate on the sheet so it is about ¼-inch thick.
  • Sprinkle the candies and pearls over the chocolate.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until solid.
  • Using your hands, break the chocolate into smaller pieces. (You can use a knife and cut it if you'd prefer.)

Notes

⏲️ STORAGE

Store bark in an airtight container at room temperature. However, if it is very hot or humid, be sure to store it in the fridge.
