Ingredients

  • chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup butter room temperature
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons confetti cake sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, oil and butter with the cake mix and mix well.
  • Using a small scoop, scoop out the dough onto a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Wet your finger tips slightly and press down slightly to flatten the cookie. (The water will help keep the dough from sticking to your fingers).
  • Sprinkle the confetti candy on the tops of the cookies.
  • Bake for approximately 8 – 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
  • Remove after baking and let sit on the pan for a couple of minutes to cool. Enjoy!
