Chocolate Confetti Cake Mix Cookies are a delicious after school snack or festive treat for holidays! These are a quick and easy last-minute cookie to make for bake sales and parties, too! #SemiHomemade
Servings 12 cookies
- chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter room temperature
- ¼ cup oil
- 3 tablespoons confetti cake sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, oil and butter with the cake mix and mix well.
Using a small scoop, scoop out the dough onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Wet your finger tips slightly and press down slightly to flatten the cookie. (The water will help keep the dough from sticking to your fingers).
Sprinkle the confetti candy on the tops of the cookies.
Bake for approximately 8 – 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Remove after baking and let sit on the pan for a couple of minutes to cool. Enjoy!
