Roasted Broccoli Recipe
How to Make Broccoli in the Oven
- 2 bunches of broccoli
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 400-degrees.
Wash and chop the broccoli and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the broccoli out onto the sheet pan. (If you like you can line the baking sheet with tinfoil (for easier cleanup!)
Roast until golden brown around the edges and crispy, usually about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
