SLOW COOKER RECIPE
This is one of our best
easy weeknight crockpot meals!

🧂 INGREDIENTS
stew beef beef broth soy sauce sesame oil brown sugar fresh garlic cornstarch broccoli carrots (optional) salt + pepper rice or noodles
You only need a handful of ingredients to make Beef & Broccoli in the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beef stock, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and minced garlic.
Add the beef to the slow cooker and pour the liquid over the top, tossing the beef to coat.
Then, add the broccoli florets to the slow cooker, stir and cover. Cook for 30 minutes more until the broccoli is tender.
Make a slurry with the cooking liquid and cornstarch. This will thicken the garlic sauce.
Serve over rice or noodles!
