Basil Salt makes an awesome homemade gift for friends and family

🧂 INGREDIENTS

– kosher salt – fresh basil – dried minced garlic

Pulse the mixture until the basil is very fine. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, then toss the mixture. Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.

I really love making my own seasoning blends because I can control the ingredients I'm using.
