Start by painting the board with acrylic craft paint. Set it aside and let it dry completely.

Next place vinyl on cutting mat and cut the project design with the Cricut Maker. You can customize the CDS project with rules for your family.

Then remove the vinyl from the mat and weed out the excess vinyl.

Now carefully place transfer tape over the top of the vinyl. Smooth it down with a squeegee.

Next turn the vinyl over and remove the white backing paper from the vinyl.

Then place the vinyl on the dried wood board. Smooth down the letters with a squeegee.

Next peel off the transfer tape by rolling the tape over the top of itself.

Finally done! It's no big deal...that just took 15 minutes, right!? Hang it up for all to see!
