Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds boneless roast beef chuck roast, or round roast
  • 1 cup beef stock or beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Place the beef into the crock.

  • Pour the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce on top of the roast.

  • Add the onion soup mix.

  • Set the slow cooker to LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 6-8 hours.
  • To shred the beef, place it on a cutting board and use two forks to pull the meat apart.
