Make a pitcher of fresh and fruity watermleon mojitos for a fun summertime cocktail.
- 30 mint leaves
- 3 cups watermelon cubed
- 12 ounces white rum
- 1/2 cup Torani Watermelon syrup
- 6 tablespoons lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 12 ounces club soda
Mash the mint leaves with a mortar and pestle.
Add the watermelon, white rum, Torani Watermelon syrup and lime juice to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a serving pitcher. Add the mint leaves and club soda. Stir to combine.
Serve over ice, if desired, and garnish with a slice of watermelon and mint leaves.
