Preheat the oven 400-degrees F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Arrange the bacon on the baking sheet.
12 slices of bacon, cooked
Cook the bacon in the oven to your desired crispiness, about 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, blend together beef, Worcestershire sauce, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, black pepper, and garlic. Do not over mix.
1½ lb 80-90% lean ground beef, 3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs, ¼ cup onion, 1½ teaspoon finely minced garlic, 4 oz sharp Parmesan cheese, freshly ground black pepper
Line a second baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add the beef mixture to the tray and press it down until it's about ¼ inch thick all the way around.
Bake the beef for 20 minutes to be medium-well. Remove the pan about half way through to drain off any excess fat.*For these sliders, I recommend medium-well to well-done.* Remove the cooked bacon and set onto a plate or platter lined with paper towels to absorb the grease.
Remove the beef from the oven and use a sharp knife or even a pizza cutter to cut the beef into 12 even square 'burger patties'.
Cut the rolls in half and place the bottoms onto a third baking sheet.
Place a 'burger patty' onto each bottom roll, top with Colby or Monterrey Jack cheese and Muenster cheese. (You could also use Muenster, American or pepper jack).
4 slices cheddar, 4 slices Colby or Monterrey Jack cheese, 12 slider rolls
Cut the bacon slices in half and add 2 halves to each burger.
Place the tray of sliders into the oven for 2-3 minutes so that the cheese can belt.
Add the other half of the slider buns to the top of the burgers.
Serve hot with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, etc on the side.
