Funfetti Crinkle Cookies
A delicious cake mix cookie with only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 boxed Funfetti cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 8 ounce Cool Whip
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine the cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip to form cookie dough.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Scoop dough by the Tablespoon and roll into balls. Then roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown.
Notes
Store cooled cookies in an airtight container.
