Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk*
  • 1/4 cup yogurt**
  • 3 fresh or frozen oranges peeled
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana frozen
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the milk, yogurt, oranges, banana, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.

  • Turn the blender on high and run for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Notes

*MILK: cow milk, almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, oat milk, and other plant-based milk will all work great.
**YOGURT: fat free yogurt, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla yogurt, or plant-based yogurt all work well.
