In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the milk, yogurt, oranges, banana, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
1 cup milk*, 1/4 cup yogurt**, 3 fresh or frozen oranges, 1 fresh or frozen banana, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 cup ice cubes
Turn the blender on high and run for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.

*MILK: cow milk, almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, oat milk, and other plant-based milk will all work great.**YOGURT: fat free yogurt, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla yogurt, or plant-based yogurt all work well.
