Start by 2 tablespoons of yogurt to the bottom of each dish.
2 tablespoons blueberry yogurt (optional but adds a delicious creaminess and great flavor)
Add 1/2 cup of quick cooking oats.
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
Top with 1/2 teaspoon of your sweetener of choice.
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, maple syrup or honey
After that, add a layer of blueberries.
1 cup fresh blueberries
Top with an additional 1/4 cup of oats.
Add a few more blueberries to the top.
Top with your milk of choice.
3/4 cup milk or your favorite milk substitute to cover
Garnish with nuts and other fresh fruits if desired.
1 teaspoon nuts or seeds (adds a nice crunch, but these are optional)
Place into the refrigerator for 8 hours (or overnight).
Serve cold.
