12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower olive oil spray salt pepper garlic powder onion powder powdered parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 450F.
Spread the frozen cauliflower florets on a nonstick baking sheet and generously spray with olive oil to coat.
Season the cauliflower with equal amounts of garlic powder and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Roast for 15 minutes, then remove the tray and flip the cauliflower.
Spray again with olive oil and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cauliflower edges are lightly browned and crispy.
