Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 375-degrees.
Cream together the butter and sugars in a medium mixing bowl.

Stir in the vanilla extract, then beat in the eggs one at a time.

Sift in the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix to combine.

Fold in the milk chocolate toffee bits and chocolate chips.

Using a medium cookie scoop onto your prepared baking sheets.
Bake 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to completely cool.
