My blackberry cream cheese is a delicious bagel or toast topper. You will love it as part of your cheese board and it's perfect with apples and graham crackers in a lunchbox!
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
16 oz cream cheese
Beat in the vanilla, sugar and lemon zest.
1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ cup sugar, 1 lemon
Remove the bowl and gently fold in the blackberries gently.
1 pint fresh blackberries
Store in mason jars for 1-2 weeks.
