Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out and roll the dough between your hands.
Place each cookie ball on prepared baking sheet and use a fork to gently press a crisscross pattern in the dough. Repeat this step until you've used all of the dough, leaving 2 inches between the cookies.
Bake the cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are no longer as shiny. These cookies will not expand or grow much while baking; this is normal.
Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes and then transfer them to a wire cooling rack to cool.
