Blueberry Croissant Bake

Flaky croissants, a sweetened cream cheese mixture, and fresh berries makes the best Blueberry Croissant Bake that can easily be made ahead of time!

Ingredients

  • 4 large butter croissants
  • 1 ½ cups frozen berries
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 2 qt casserole dish
  • Tear the croissant into pieces and place in the casserole dish
    4 large butter croissants
  • Sprinkle the berries over the croissant pieces
    1 ½ cups frozen berries
  • In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese for 1-2 minutes, until softened
    8 oz cream cheese
  • Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk and beat until blended
    ⅔ cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup milk
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the berries
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the croissants are golden brown and the center doesn't wiggle

  • Serve warm

Notes

Optional: Prepare the casserole and refrigerate overnight. Place in a cold oven and set to 350F and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Berries: we used ¾ cup each of strawberries and blueberries
