1jalapeñoseeded and diced (keep some seeds if you prefer extra heat)
juice of a large lime
Pinchof sea saltto taste
Chop all of your ingredients, except the lime, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, juice one lime. Remember to remove any seeds!
Add your chopped ingredients to the mixing bowl and toss.
Add a pinch of sea salt to taste. Less is best to start. Taste as you go along.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving so the flavors marry.
Serve with chips and or use to top your favorite grilled meat.
This is best served fresh. The salt and lime juice will begin to break down your ingredients and make it watery, but it's simple enough to put together that you can have a second batch ready in no time.
