Mix together the salt, pepper, steak sauce, and bbq sauce.

Slather the sirloin tips with the marinade.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge to marinate for up to 24 hours.
Grilling
One hour before grilling, remove the sirloin tips from the refrigerator to rest on the counter.
Heat the grill to about medium-high or 400-degrees F.
Once the grill is up to temperature, place them over the direct heat for 3 minutes per side.**
Remove the steak from the grill.
Before serving, cover with a piece of tinfoil and let it rest 5-10 minutes so the juices settle.
