1 cup Buttermilk ¼ cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoon Sour Cream OR Plain Greek Yogurt 2 avocados nice ripe avocados! ¼ cup white wine vinegar or lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 clove fresh garlic grated or finely minced ½ lime juiced 1 teaspoon dried chives or ½ teaspoon fresh 1 teaspoon dried parsley or ½ teaspoon fresh 1 teaspoon dried dill or ½ teaspoon fresh ½ teaspoon onion powder
Puree the avocado, buttermilk, mayo, sour cream, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and lime juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Transfer to a 1-quart mason jar and add the chives. Shake to combine.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
