  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup green onion chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar and bacon in a baking dish.
  • Bake at 400-degrees F for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with veggies, crackers, bagel chips, etc.
  • Garnish with green onion.

Notes

Tips for making bacon dip

  1. Use crispy bacon for best results.
  2. Softened cream cheese makes it easier to cream together the ingredients.
  3. Like it spicy? Add a few shakes of Tabasco sauce to add some zip! Or a packet of your favorite dry ranch salad dressing to the dip prior to baking - YUM!!
