Tomato Sauce

garlic powder

grated Parmesan cheese

teaspoon
dried basil

teaspoon
dried parsley

butter, melted

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees F.
Slice the rolls in half.
7-8 Rolls (depending on the size of your pan)
Place the bottom half of the rolls into a cast-iron skillet or baking pan.
Melt the butter in a small dish.
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Brush each bottom half with the melted butter.
Sprinkle garlic powder and mozzarella cheese over the bottom rolls.
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese,
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut the meatballs in half then mix them with tomato sauce.
14-20 Italian meatballs,
1 cup Tomato Sauce
Add halved meatballs onto the rolls.
Add provolone cheese to the top of the meatballs.
4 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
Add the top half of the rolls on top.
Brush each top with melted butter.
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Sprinkle the rolls with additional garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese, and the dried parsley and basil.
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese,
½ teaspoon dried basil,
½ teaspoon dried parsley,
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Place the pan into the oven for 10 minutes until the cheeses are melted.
Serve hot.
Notes
Use an 8" cast iron skillet or 9x9 baking dish.
