Meatball Slider Recipe
Mouthwatering Meatball Sliders with soft rolls piled high with savory Italian meatballs, zesty tomato sauce, and melted provolone and mozzarella cheeses make a fun weeknight dinner and amazing party food.

Rolls (depending on the size of your pan)

shredded mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees F.
Slice the rolls in half.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into a cast-iron skillet or baking pan.
Melt the butter in a small dish.
Brush each bottom half with the melted butter.
Sprinkle granulated garlic and mozzarella cheese over the bottom rolls.
Top with halved meatballs.
Add provolone cheese to the top of the meatballs.
Add the top half of the rolls on top.
Brush each top with melted butter.
Sprinkle the rolls with granulated garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and the dried parsley and basil.
Place the pan into the oven for 10 minutes until the cheeses are melted.
Use an 8" cast iron skillet or 9x9 baking dish.
