Baked Potatoes Air Fryer Recipe

It is so quick and easy to make tender delicious Baked Potatoes in the Air Fryer. This simple side dish takes less time than oven baked potatoes and leaves the skins crispier, too.

Ingredients

  • 3 russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil (or other high-smoke point oil)
  • Kosher Salt

Topping Suggestions

  • fresh chopped chives or scallions
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • cooked crumbled bacon
  • sour cream

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the potatoes.
    3 russet potatoes
  • Rub each potato with just a little oil - I use canola.
    1 tablespoon canola oil (or other high-smoke point oil)
  • After that, put the potatoes into the slow cooker and sprinkle them with kosher salt.

  • Set the air fryer to 400º F and set the timer for 25 minutes.
  • Using tongs, turn the potatoes and return the basket to the air fryer.
  • Set the time for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of your potatoes.)
  • Use a fork to see if the potatoes are cooked through.
  • Adjust time as needed.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
