Blueberry Overnight Oats
Easy make ahead blueberry overnight oats with just a touch of sweetness and loaded with fresh berries makes a tasty dish anytime of the day!

- ¾ cup quick cooking oats divided
- 2 tablespoons blueberry yogurt (optional but adds a delicious creaminess and great flavor)
- ¾ cup milk or your favorite milk substitute to cover
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar, maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup fresh blueberries divided
- 1 teaspoon nuts or seeds (adds a nice crunch, but these are optional)
Start by 2 tablespoons of yogurt to the bottom of each dish.

Add ½ cup of quick cooking oats.
¾ cup quick cooking oats
Top with ½ teaspoon of your sweetener of choice.
½ teaspoon brown sugar, maple syrup or honey
After that, add a layer of blueberries.
1 cup fresh blueberries
Top with an additional ¼ cup of oats.
Add a few more blueberries to the top.
Top with your milk of choice.
¾ cup milk or your favorite milk substitute to cover
Garnish with nuts and other fresh fruits if desired.

Place into the refrigerator for 8 hours (or overnight).
Serve cold.
