Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup Sweet n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oil for brushing the grill

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line your baking sheets with tinfoil. Salt and pepper both sides of the ribs, then brush with the barbecue sauce.
5 lbs. baby back pork ribs, 2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup Sweet n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • Cover and bake for 1-½ hours, then turn the temperature down to 170-degrees while you get your grill hot.
  • Brush the grill with oil (to keep the ribs from sticking).
    2 tablespoon oil
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and grill each side about 5-6 minutes - just long enough to give them a bit of char and smokiness from the grill.  Serve immediately with extra barbecue sauce.
