Instructions
Remove any silver skin.
Season the pork tenderloin with granulated garlic, fresh thyme leaves, salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet on high heat.

Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides.
Remove the pork from the skillet and place it into the center of the sheet pan.
Cook the pork at 400-degrees F for 18-20 minutes until the internal temperature is 145-degrees F.
Place 2-3 slices of Cowboy Butter on the top of the roast while it rests (optional).
Cowboy Butter for serving
Cover the oven roasted pork tenderloin with tinfoil and allow it to rest 3-8 minutes before slicing.
