Ingredients

  • 1 11 oz bag caramel squares (about 40), unwrapped
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup peanut butter

Instructions

  • Unwrap all the caramels and set aside (great job for the kids to help with as part of the prep!)
  • Into a medium saucepan over low heat, add the caramels, whipping cream, and peanut butter
  • Stir frequently until the caramels are all melted into the cream (about 8-10 minutes).
  • Serve with pear and apple slices or pretzels. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a smooth creamy dip, use creamy peanut butter.  If you prefer the texture of crunchy peanut butter, you can use that as well.
You can add a pinch of sea salt, if desired for a little extra flavor.
