S’mores Skillet Dip

Loaded with melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, plus a drizzle of caramel, this Smores Dip is a decadent game day treat, party dessert, or family game night treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chocolate chips
  • ½ pkg Marshmallows
  • As desired Caramel sauce
  • ½ C Pecans
  • Graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

  • Place the cast iron pan in the oven to get very hot.
  • Meanwhile, use the scissors to cut the marshmallows in half.
    ½ pkg Marshmallows
  • When the pan is extremely hot, remove from the oven and pour the chocolate chips into the bottom of the pan.
    1 pkg Chocolate chips
  • Spread the chocolate evenly.
  • Quickly add the marshmallows to the top of the chocolate.
  • Set the skillet under the broiler for just a moment or two - keep a close eye on it!
  • Remove from the oven and garnish as desired (I like them with caramel sauce and toasted pecans.)
    As desired Caramel sauce, ½ C Pecans
  • Serve immediately with graham crackers.
