This yummy apple smoothie tastes just like apple pie. With vanilla yogurt, almond milk and other wholesome ingredients, this is the healthiest "apple pie" gets!
1cupUnsweetened Almond Milk (you can also use soy milk, coconut milk, oat milk, cow's milk or even apple juice)
1large applecore removed
1teaspoonapple pie spice mix
1tablespoonMaple Syrup or other sweetener
1Vanilla Yogurt
½cupquick cooking oats
Instructions
In a blender combine all of the ingredients.
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 large apple, 1 teaspoon apple pie spice mix, 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or other sweetener, 1 Vanilla Yogurt, ½ cup quick cooking oats
Process until it has a creamy smoothie consistency. (Keep in mind, it will not be completely smooth because of the oats.)
Garnish with an apple slice and sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Optional Variation: Add 5 ice cubes to the mixture for a frozen smoothie.
