Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat pita bread
  • olive oil
  • garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cut the pita bread in half, then cut each half evenly into 4 pieces. Separate each pita wedge at the seam, making 2 wedges.

  • Place pita wedges on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle garlic salt and Parmesan cheese over the pitas.

  • Bake at 350 for 7 minutes, until the edges of the pitas turn brown.
  • Serve with hummus.

Notes
