Brussels sprouts
trimmed and quartered
3
sweet potatoes
peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

red onion
cut into wedges
2
tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
minced garlic
Salt and black pepper
to taste

chicken apple sausages
sliced
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
2 pounds Brussels sprouts,
3 sweet potatoes,
1 red onion,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 teaspoon minced garlic,
Salt and black pepper
Place the veggies onto the prepared sheet pan.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Toss the veggies around and add the slices of chicken sausage to the pan.
6 chicken apple sausages
Return to the oven for another 20-30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sausages are slightly carmelized.
