Add the zucchini noodles into a non-stick skillet with a lid over medium-high heat.
1 12-ounce package frozen spiralized zucchini
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender, drain and set aside. Gently pat the noodles dry to get rid of any excess water.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the olive oil to the skillet cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes until just golden brown. (Do not overcook.)
2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves fresh garlic
Return the noodles to the skillet. Toss with the garlic and olive oil mixture to coat.
Season with salt and pepper as desired, and serve with parmesan cheese on top.
