Preheat the oven to 350-degrees F.
Prepare the peppers by rinsing, slicing in half lengthwise, and removing seeds.

Place the halved peppers on the baking sheet and place them into the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Brown ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, then drain grease.

Mix in taco seasoning, salsa, black beans, and corn. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Divide the beef taco filling between the peppers.
Top with cheese and bake for 7-8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
