Cheesy Meatball Bake

This meatball casserole makes an easy weeknight dinner and is great for potlucks and parties, too. You'll love how easy it is to make this cheesy delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 24 Italian Meatballs not frozen
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups baby spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375-F.
  • In a baking dish, mix together the tomato sauce and chopped baby spinach.
    3 cups tomato sauce, 2 cups baby spinach
  • Add the meatballs on top of the sauce.

  • Top with ricotta cheese and shredded cheese. (If you prefer more sauce, add it before the shredded cheese.)
    1 cup ricotta cheese, ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

This recipe can be made with homemade or store-bought meatballs.
If using store-bought meatballs, be sure they are fully cooked, and not frozen.
