Blackberry Cream Cheese Recipe

My blackberry cream cheese is a delicious bagel or toast topper. You will love it as part of your cheese board and it's perfect with apples and graham crackers in a lunchbox!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 pint fresh blackberries

Instructions

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.

  • Beat in the vanilla, sugar and lemon zest.

  • Remove the bowl and gently fold in the blackberries gently.
    1 pint fresh blackberries
  • Store in mason jars for 1-2 weeks.

Switch up the blackberries for blueberries or raspberries if you prefer.

While this is delicious spread onto Blueberry Sour Cream Bread, on bagels or waffles, it also makes a great addition to your Fruit Cheese charcuterie board! Or serve it with some graham crackers and apple slices for an afternoon snack.
