Ingredients

  • cups complete pancake mix
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella optional
  • powdered sugar
  • syrup optional
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  • Layer berries in the bottom of the pan.

  • Stir together the pancake mix, water (or milk), baking powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
    2½ cups complete pancake mix, 2 cups water or milk, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pour over the berries, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

  • Warm the Nutella in the microwave for about 1 minute.
    2 tablespoons Nutella
  • Drizzle over the batter and use a knife to gently swirl it into the batter.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Turn out onto a platter.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
