Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F
Clean and trim any remaining fat from the chicken if necessary
1 pound chicken tenders
Add bread crumbs and seasonings to shallow bowl and combine well
½ cup breadcrumbs, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon seasoned salt, ¼ cup Panko crumbs **see notes
Add beaten eggs to their own shallow bowl
2 large eggs
Add flour to a shallow bowl
½ cup all-purpose flour
Dip a chicken tender in flour, then in eggs, and then in breadcrumbs mixture. Be sure to coat evenly.
Ketchup
Set the tender aside on plate or tray
Repeat with 3-4 more tenders.
Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F
While your first batch of chicken is cooking, prepare more chicken tenders with the coating
Repeat cooking in batches until all chicken is cooked
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce
