Tender steak bites seared in a cast iron skillet and simmered in a garlic butter sauce to perfection!

Ingredients
Steak Bites
1
pound
strip steak
3
tablespoons
Cowboy Butter
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
fresh thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Marinade
¼
cup
Worcestershire Sauce
¼
cup
soy sauce
¼
cup
olive oil
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tablespoon
onion powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ingredients for the marinade
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce,
¼ cup soy sauce,
¼ cup olive oil,
3 cloves garlic,
1 tablespoon onion powder
Cut steak into bite-size pieces and add to the marinade
1 pound strip steak
Stir until well coated
Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes
Heat olive oil in large or cast iron skillet
Drain the marinade off of steak bites
Add steak to skillet and cook in a single layer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until steak is golden brown
1 tablespoon olive oil
Add 3 tablespoons Cowboy Butter and fresh thyme to steak, cook for 1-2 minutes, stir to coat the steak in the butter sauce
3 tablespoons Cowboy Butter,
1 teaspoon fresh thyme,
Salt and Pepper to taste
Remove from pan to serving plate or bowl
Serve with vegetable of your choice and extra Cowboy Butter
