Ingredients:

  • 2-½ cups brewed coffee cooled
  • 2-½ cups French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • 5 chocolate sandwich cookies

Toppings:

  • whipped cream
  • crushed 2 crushed sandwich cookies for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the cooled coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
    2-½ cups brewed coffee
  • Put 2 chocolate sandwich cookies into a sandwich bag and crush.
    5 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Remove the coffee ice cubes from the tray and add to a blender. Pour the French Vanilla Coffee Creamer into the blender and add the cookies.
    2-½ cups French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • Pulse to break up the coffee ice cubes, then blend until somewhat smooth.
  • Pour into glasses or mason jars and top with a dollop of creamer and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
