In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cinnamon and brown sugar.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened, ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Use an hand-held electric mixer to combine.
Add in the vanilla extract, then the toffee bits and mini chocolate chips.

Stir until combined using a spoonula.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with caramel sauce, if desired.
