Grilled BBQ Pork Chops with Strawberry Peach Salsa

  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
    4 Bone-In or Boneless Pork Chops, salt and pepper
  • Grill the pork chops over medium-high for a couple of minutes on each side – for beautiful grill marks, don’t move them around.
  • Baste the chops with the Strawberry Peach BBQ Sauce and cook for another couple of minutes so that the sauce caramelizes a little.

  • Remove from the grill and serve with the Strawberry Peach Salsa and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Notes

Grilled BBQ Pork Chops Variations:
1. In the Fall, omit the strawberries and use apples instead, with lemon instead of lime. (Garnish with parley, not cilantro).
2. Serve with vegetable kabobs brushed with the Strawberry Peach BBQ sauce.
3. Save time by serving with a store-bought BBQ sauce. Experiment by adding grilled and pureed pineapple to the sauce for a hint of sweetness.
