Preheat the oven to 375-degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the cubed bread and drizzle on the olive oil.
Sprinkle in the seasonings and toss to coat.
Spread the bread onto the prepared pan in a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes. Turn the croutons and bake until they are golden and crispy - about another 5 minutes.
