- ¾ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- cocoa powder raisins or slivered almonds, optional
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined
Evenly distribute chia mixture throughout four ramekins
Place ramekins in the refrigerator, covered, overnight
Serve cold with non-dairy whipped topping, non-dairy chocolate or caramel sauce
