These adorable Hot Coccoa Cookie Pops are as whimsical as they are delicious!

Make some Hot Cocoa Cookie Pops with the kids on the next snow day! Get the full tutorial on how to make them now!

Hi everyone! It's Karyn from Pint Sized Baker and I'm back with another quick, fun and easy cake pop tutorial for ya! Actually, this is a COOKIE pop tutorial. There's no cake in these pops - just some store bought Lofthouse sugar cookies. They are an easy substitute when you don't have time to bake a cake.

I found some yummy Hot Cocoa Sugar Cookies at the store and I already had some fun hot cocoa PEEPS in the pantry, so I thought I would combine to two to make a delicious hot cocoa pop for ya!

How much easier can you get?

These easy pops are made with Hot Cocoa Sugar Cookies and Hot Cocoa PEEPS. Fun and Easy!

These are so easy to make. I promise! Go to the store and pick up a box of Lofthouse Sugar Cookies, a tub of chocolate frosting, Lollipop sticks, chocolate candy coating, and some Hot Cocoa PEEPS. oh, and sprinkles are always more fun on a pop!

    Here's what you're gonna do...

Grab your food processor and toss the cookies in. Yes, it's ok if you taste test one.

Grind up the cookies to a fine crumb. Add about a tablespoon of frosting to the crumbs and pulse the mixture. You'll see it start to pull away from the sides of the bowl.

It's so easy to make Pops from Lofthouse Sugar Cookies. Crumble, add frosting, and press together.

Now, take a handful of the mixture, and give it a squeeze. If if sticks together it's good to go. If it crumbles and falls apart, add a LITTLE bit more frosting. You can always add more frosting, but you can't take it out once it's in. (And you don't want mushy pops with too much frosting).

If you're happy with the consistency, then roll a handful to create a ball. Don't worry if they aren't perfect. Mine weren't.

Place the rolled cookie balls into the fridge while you melt your chocolate and get your supplies ready.

Melt the chocolate candy coating in a microwave safe bowl (This is my favorite container to use.) for 1 minute. Stir it up then place it back in the microwave at 70% power for 45 seconds. This timing always works for me. After stirring it to melt it all, it's always smooth.

Dip the lollipop stick into the chocolate then insert them halfway into the cookie balls. Complete adding all the sticks to the pops.

Dip the cookie ball into chocolate, straight up and down, then tap off the excess. Add some sprinkles and top it with a PEEPS. Stand it up to dry and complete all of the pops.

    See, it's EASY!
