Fish Oil is a supplement that’s an important part of my daily routine. Thank you to Nature Made® for sponsoring today’s post. #sponsored #NatureMadeAtWalmart #IC
I am not a fan of fad diets or workouts. Instead, I focus on physical and mental wellness. My goals continue to be to drink lots of water, be more active, and stay positive. Nature Made Vitamins and Supplements are a part of my daily routine to stay healthy and strong. Since I don’t get a lot of Omega-3s in the foods I eat, taking a fish oil supplement is a great addition to my diet. Nature Made is the #1 Pharmacist Recommended brand of Omega-3/Fish Oil, which help to support heart health and function.† Fish oil is a good source for important EPA & DHA omega-3 fatty acids. *Based on the 2016 US News & World Report – Pharmacy Times Survey
Nature Made has a variety of Probiotics and Vitamins to support nutritional gaps, available at Walmart. You’ll find them near the pharmacy, in the vitamins and supplements aisle. There are several types of fish oil supplements so you can choose the one that’s right for you. I like the Nature Made Burp-Less Fish Oil, 1200mg with 360mg Omega-3. I know I can trust the Nature Made brand – these Fish Oil supplements are made to Nature Made’s guaranteed purity and potency standards.
I take 2 softgels daily, which provide 720 mg of heart health Omega-3s (600 mg EPA/DHA). Yes, these pills are large, but I don’t have any trouble swallowing them. I like to take all my vitamins in the morning, after a smoothie. I prefer to take my vitamins and supplements with some food in my stomach first, personally. It’s important to drink plenty of water, too. For more information on Nature Made® vitamins and supplements available at Walmart, visit the Nature Made® Retailer Hub )

Is difficult to know if you are taking enough Omega 3, for that reason is a very smart choice to take supplements as fish oil.
